To secure your reservation, a 30% (thirty per cent) deposit will be required to be paid to Evacay Africa at the time of reservation of the booking and submission of the completed booking form. Failure to do so timeously will result in the automatic cancellation of your booking.

The remaining balance of payment amounting to 70% (seventy per cent) must be paid to us 30 days prior to the commencement of your booking however if you have booked your trip within 30 days of departure, the full payment must be paid on date of reservation to secure your booking. We may require greater deposits for certain products, service or activities, or in certain seasons.

You may also choose to pay full safari amount at booking confirmation if you prefer.

  • If you decide  to make payments by bank / wire transfer you are required to  include bank charges incurred on transaction

  • You may also pay on-line or locally by credit / debit card at no extra cost-Visa/MasterCard/Amex accepted

 

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation charges will be incurred as follows:

  • 46 days or more prior to departure: 10% of the total rate

  • 21 days to 45 days prior to departure: 30% of the total rate

  • 14 days to 20 days prior to departure: 50% of the total rate

  • 8 days to 13 days prior to departure 80% of the total rate

  • Less than 8 days prior to departure: 100% of the total rate

 

Safari price

Included are all expenses in respect of safari vehicle, driver guide as per itinerary, meals while on Safari, accommodation, entrance fees to National parks and game reserves.

Should prices increase?

All booking quotes and costing supplied by Evacay Africa are based on the costs levied to us by our suppliers, changes to which are outside of the control of Evacay Africa. These supplier costs are therefore subject to change, and should there be such a cost increase, you agree that this increase will be for your account and payable to Evacay Africa. Such increases in price may include, but are not limited to; airline fuel levies and airport taxes; land transport fuel levies and taxes; governments, national bodies and private organizations who may levy additional fees or taxes without prior notice.

Liability

The company and its agents act only as agents of the tours, transport, etc. and shall not be liable for injury, delays, loss or damage in any manner.

The company liability to passengers carried in its own vehicle is governed by the laws of the country in which the tour takes place and no other country.

All claims are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the country in which the actions arises.

The company reserves the right to employ subcontractors for all or part of the services.

The company shall not be held responsible for any loss or damages to luggage.

Passports and Visas

1. It is your responsibility to ensure that all your travel documents are in order and up to date and immigration regulations such as visas and / or permits are satisfactorily obtained and in your possession for travel. It is advisable that you contact the consular or embassy of your destination country as well as countries passing through, in order to verify the requirements and ensure that you are adequately prepared. No refunds due to incomplete travel documentation will be given or entertained.

2. Your passport must have sufficient blank visa pages available in accordance with the regulations of the various African countries. It is recommended that a minimum of 2 (two) blank pages per country that you will be visiting or passing through be available in your passport.
Furthermore, your passport must be valid for the prescribed period as contained in the applicable regulations of the countries you will visiting or passing through.

3. If you are travelling with a minor child, you will need their unabridged birth certificate and if only one parent is travelling with the minor, you will need to provide a letter of consent from the absent parent that the minor is allowed to travel with you.

Safari transport

Tour cars, pop up top Safari minivans, pop up top 4×4 Land Cruiser Jeeps will be provided depending on the tour program/itinerary and number of tour participants. The company reserves the right to employ the services of same standard sub-contractors.
