Sarova Lion Hill Game Lodge is located on a hill side bordering Lake Nakuru with expansive views of the Lake in the heart of Lake Nakuru National Park in the Rift Valley Province of Kenya.
The Lodge is 160 kms from Nairobi, a two hour drive on good tarmac road or 30 minutes by private charter to the Park airstrip which is a 30 minute drive to the Lodge, through the Park.
Sarova Lion Hill Game Lodge is cleverly laid out in such a way that most rooms and sitting areas afford stunning views of the lake and the park. The Lodge incorporates natural landscaping with tall acacia trees, winding walkways and greens dotted with bird feeds.
Flamingo Restaurant
This is the main restaurant with a capacity of 150 people. On the ground it has an interior section, a patio overlooking the pool, lodge grounds and the lake. The restaurant serves buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner with live cooking counters preparing specialty dishes. Cuisine includes continental buffet.
The Rift Valley Bar
The Rift Valley Bar opens out into an amphitheatre where traditional dance performances are held each evening. The bar offers spectacular views of sunset over the lake and hills beyond, an ideal place to unwind with a sundowner.
